Double-car garage prices start at $5,700 for a small 20’ wide x 20’ deep x 9’ high building with two garage doors and a regular roof. This is the minimum size that’s big enough to fit two standard-size vehicles.
A more comfortably sized two-car garage of 24’ wide x 25’ deep x 9’ high will cost around $7,200 to start. Additional square footage and height are available at an extra cost.
Custom Metal Garage Pricing
Custom garage prices vary based on the size, roof type, and additional features. Extra large garages start at around $13,700.
You can increase the size of a custom garage up to 60’ wide x 60’ deep x 16’ high. Note that a vertical roof is required for buildings greater than 35’ deep.

You can customize your metal garage with one of three roof designs:
- Regular roof: The most affordable style, the roof is round on each side.
- Boxed eave roof: A mid-range style, the roof has a slight overhang, and the sheeting runs horizontally.
- Vertical roof: The most expensive style, it’s similar to boxed eave but the sheeting runs vertically, making it stronger and better for allowing snow and ice to slide off.
