32×28 Steel Carport
The 32 x 28 vertical roof steel carport comes standard with 8′ legs.
The above picture is shown with options of taller leg height, sides closed, front and back ends closed, garage door, 36″ walk-in door, and two windows which can be added as options to make the custom-built metal building to meet your needs.
Some of the customizable options available are the height of the structure (it can grow in 2′ increments with the possibility of making it up to 20′ taller) and whether or not the sides are left open like a carport or fully closed like a metal building. If you want to buy it as a carport you can leave the gables open, or close one or both gables. Metal building and carport prices are subject to change without notice.
The delivery area may not be available in all locations but we strive to include free delivery and installation on our metal carports and metal buildings in 21 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and West Virginia. Please note that the carports may not be available in all locations.
On this size metal carport or metal building, a telescopic forklift is required to be on-site when the building is being installed to help the crew lift the structure due to it weighing so much. This lift needs to be able to lift 5000 lbs. and must be able to go 10′ taller than the leg height of the steel carport or steel building.
Delivery is available to most counties in Florida as well. If you choose the FL 170 mph upgrade, you must be located in Florida as these buildings are built to fit the Florida building codes.
Upon ordering your 32 x 28 carport or metal building, you will need to put down a 17% deposit with either your credit card or by mailing a check for the deposit. When your metal building is scheduled for delivery 50% of the remaining balance is due. The remaining final balance is due when the steel building is delivered and installed. Once you order you will be contacted and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
Our 32 by 28 metal buildings and carports are fully braced for additional strength because we anchor them to the ground with mobile home anchors, asphalt with rebar, or cement and concrete anchor bolts. In order to ensure this is possible, the location you choose to place your structure must be level or within 3″ or we will not be able to install it. These structures come certified to withstand winds of up to 150 mph and 35 psf. If you are located in a state with heavy snow, we do have 150 mph and 40 psf available for an additional cost.
Steel carports come with 14 ga tubing which is 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ square tubing or you can upgrade to the 12 ga tubing, which comes 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ tubing which comes with a 20-year rust-through warranty.
These steel garages and carports are custom-built in the size, style, and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof, trim, sides and end colors. Keep in mind that the colors are approximate and may vary.
