The 30×30 vertical-roof triple wide metal carport comes standard with 6′ legs.
You can use our metal carport leg extension kit options to make your carport taller in 1′ increments, with options of up to 16′ available. Carport sides can be left open, partially closed, or fully closed. You can close one or both gables, close the ends, or fully enclose it and turn it into a metal garage.

Upon ordering a carport at Alan’s Factory Outlet, you will need to put down a deposit between 10% and 17% either on a credit card or by mailing a check. The final payment of the remaining balance is due upon delivery and installation by credit card or check. Once you order, you will be contacted and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
We will anchor your new carport to the ground with rebar and mobile home anchors or asphalt with rebar and to the cement for free with concrete anchor bolts. In order for your new carport to be installed, the location must be level or within 3″ of level or we will not be able to install it.
The triple-wide metal buildings are fully braced for additional strength.
The metal carports come certified for 150 mph and 35 psf 5′ on center. Generic blue print drawings, which may or may not be required to secure your permit can be emailed to you upon your request within approximately 3 to 4 business days after ordering.
If you live in a state that requires more than 35 psf snow load you can upgrade to 150 mph and 40 psf 4′ on center. There is also a 150 mph and 50 psf 4′ on center with 12 gauge available. The triple wide carports are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.
