The 60×200 metal building in this package comes standard with 8′ legs fully enclosed. Garage doors, walk-in doors, and windows are available for an additional cost. You can also make your 60 by 200 metal building taller in 2′ increments up to 20′ tall legs are available.

You can make the 60 x 200 ft. carport taller in 2′ increments with up to 20′ legs available. Sides can be left open to be used as a carport or fully closed and turned into a fully enclosed metal building. If you want to buy it as a carport you can leave the gables open, or close one or both gables.
The metal carports and metal buildings include free delivery and installation to Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Georgia (GA), Indiana (IN), Kansas (KS), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Maryland (MD), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), and Virginia (VA). For the 60×200 metal carport or metal building, a telescopic forklift is required to be on-site when the building is being installed to help the crew lift the structure due to it weighing so much. This lift needs to be able to lift 5000 lbs and must be able to go 10′ taller than the leg height of the steel carport or steel building. Delivery may not be available in all locations.
Delivery is available to most counties in Florida, but please make sure if you are located in FL to select the FL 170 mph upgrade option so that it is built to the FL code.
The 40, 50, and 60 wide metal buildings come standard with vertical sides, vertical ends, and a vertical roof. Upon request, and for the same price, the sides and ends can be built with metal lap siding. Here is a picture showing the lap siding.

Upon ordering the metal building from Alan’s Factory Outlet, a 17% deposit is due with either a credit card or you can mail a check for the deposit. When your metal building is scheduled for delivery 50% of the remaining balance is due. The remaining final balance is due when the steel building is delivered and installed. Once you order you will be contacted and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
We anchor the carport to the ground with mobile home anchors or asphalt with rebar, and to cement with concrete anchor bolts. The location for the carport must be level or 3″ of level or we will not be able to install it.
60 by 200 ft. metal carports and metal buildings come certified for 150 mph and 35 psf. If you are located in a state with heavy snow, we do have 150 mph and 40 psf available for an additional cost. They come fully braced and with mobile home anchors along with blueprint drawings.
Steel carports come with 14 ga tubing, which is 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ square tubing, or you can upgrade to the 12 ga tubing, which comes 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ tubing. The framing on the optional thicker 12 gauge tubing comes with a 20-year rust-through warranty.
These steel buildings and carports are custom-built in the size, style, and with the options you want. You can choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors and, if you close the sides or ends, you also get to pick which color you want it to be. Colors are approximate and may vary.
