Our installers use rebar and either mobile home or concrete anchors to secure your 50 by 20 metal building in place. The installation surface for your new metal garage or carport is required to be within 3″ of level or less. If it’s not, we will not be able to install your 50 by 20 metal building.
Due to this particular building’s size and weight, a telescopic forklift that can lift 6,000 lbs. and raise 10′ higher than the building’s legs will be required on-site to assist the installation crew.

A 17% deposit is due when you place the order for your 50 x 20 vertical-roof carport or metal building. Half of the remaining balance is due upon scheduling your delivery time and date. The remainder will be due when your new metal building has been delivered and installed. We will email a copy of the order to you for review and approval prior to delivery.
We also make blueprint drawings of your 50 x 20 steel building available via email upon request for any building permit needs. These drawing will require approximately 3 to 4 business days to be delivered once your request has been submitted.
