40×60 Vertical Roof Carport

This style of steel carport is 40′ wide by 60′ long and has a covered storage space of 2,400 square feet. It’s fully braced during construction for additional strength and comes certified for winds up to 150 mph and 35 PSF. There is also an optional upgrade to 12 ga 150 mph 40 psf certification available.

Please select the 170 mph upgrade option if you reside in Florida. This is to make sure your 40×60 carport or metal building complies with the state code.

The 40×60 vertical roof metal carport is secured using rebar and either mobile home or concrete anchors during installation. This will not be possible unless the building’s location is within 3″ of level.

The 40 by 60 vertical roof carports and metal buildings include a wide variety of custom options so you can create exactly the metal garage or carport you need. The sides, gables, and ends are left open by default but you can choose to have these partially or fully closed for an additional cost. You can also choose to alter the height of your metal building’s legs from 8′ up to 20′ in 2′ increments. Optional features such as doors, flooring, windows, and more are also available.

Choose from 16 colors for the roof and trim, as well as the sides if they’re closed.

A 17% deposit will be due with either a credit card or check when you place your order. You will also receive a copy of the order via email to review and approve. Another payment of 50% of the remaining cost will be due when your delivery is scheduled. The remaining balance will be owed when your 40×60 metal carport has been delivered and installed.

For those who require building permits to install their 40 x 60 steel building, blueprint drawings are available via email upon request. These will require approximately 3 to 4 business days for delivery.
