34×20 Carport.
The 34×20 vertical roof steel carport comes standard with 8′ legs.
The above picture is shown with options of taller leg height, sides closed, front and back ends closed, garage door, 36″ walk in door and two windows which can be added as options to make the custom built metal building to meet your needs.
You can make it taller in 2′ increments with up to 20′ legs available. Sides can be left open to be used as a carport or fully closed and turned into a fully enclosed metal building. If you want to buy it as a carport you can leave the gables open, close one or both gables.
The metal carports and metal buildings include free delivery and installation to: Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Kansas (KS), Kentucky (KY), Louisiana (LA), Maryland (MD), Mississippi (MS), Missouri (MO), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oklahoma (OK), Pennsylvania (PA), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Texas (TX), Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV). On this size metal carport or metal building a telescopic fork lift is required to be on site when the building is being installed to help the crew lift the structure due to it weighing so much. This lift needs to be able to lift 6000 lbs and must be able to go 10′ taller than the leg height of the steel carport or steel building. Delivery area may not be available in all locations.
Delivery is available to most Counties in Florida but please make sure if you are located in FL to select the FL 170 mph upgrade option so that it is built to the FL code.

Upon ordering the metal building at Alan’s Factory Outlet a 17% deposit is due with either credit card or you can mail a check for the deposit. When your metal building is scheduled for delivery 50% of the remaining balance is due at that time. The remaining final balance is due when the steel building is delivered and installed. Once you order you will be contacted and copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
We anchor the carport to the ground with mobile home anchors or asphalt with rebar and to the cement with concrete anchor bolts. The location for the carport must be level or within at least 3″ level or less or we will not be able to install it.
The triple wide metal buildings are fully braced for additional strength.
This size of metal carports and metal buildings come certified with 150 mph and 35 psf. There is an optional 150 mph and 40 psf available for an additional cost. They come fully braced and anchored along with blue print drawings.
The metal tubing on the steel carports come with 14 ga tubing which is 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ square tubing or you can upgrade to the 12 ga tubing which comes 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ tubing. The framing on the optional thicker 12 gauge tubing comes with a 20 year rust through warranty.
These steel buildings and carports are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.
