The 32′ wide by 32′ long vertical carports come with 1,024 square feet of storage space and are certified for 150 mph and 35 psf. An optional 12-gauge tubing upgrade that certifies them for 150 mph and 40 psf is available for an additional cost. This is recommended for those living in areas that receive high levels of snowfall. Each 32 x 32 carport or metal building is also fully braced for additional strength.
Those who reside in Florida should be sure to select the 170 mph upgrade option. This ensures that your 32×32 carport is in accordance with Florida’s building code.
To install your 32×32 metal carport or building, we use rebar and either mobile home or concrete anchors to secure it in place. In order for us to do so, the surface for your building’s installation needs to be within 3″ of level.
Because the 32×32 metal buildings are larger and heavier than most of our other products, a telescopic forklift will need to be used on-site to assist our installers. It needs to be capable of rising 10′ higher than the building’s legs and able to lift 6,000 pounds.
The high level of customization for the 32 by 32 vertical-roof metal buildings from Alan’s Factory Outlet allows you to create exactly the metal garage or carport you need. The standard model leaves the sides, gables, and ends open, but you can choose to have these partially or fully enclosed if you want to. Additionally, the standard 8′ legs used to construct each 32×32 metal building can be swapped out for taller alternatives in 2′ increments. The maximum leg height available is 20′. There are also optional doors, windows, and other features available for an additional cost.
There are 16 colors to choose from for the roof and trim of your 32×32 metal carport, as well as the sides if you choose to close them.

A 15% deposit of your 32×32 metal building’s total cost will be due when your order is initially placed. This can be paid with either a check or credit card. We will also email you a copy of the order to review and approve. The remaining balance for your order will be due when your building has been delivered and installed.
We also have blueprint drawings for your steel building available upon request to assist with any building permit requirements. They will take 3 to 4 business days to be delivered via email once your request has been submitted.
