When you order one of our triple-wide metal carports, you’ll get free delivery and installation in 21 states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Once you order your carport that’s 30×20, you will need to put down a deposit between 10% and 17% through a credit card or check. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery and installation. After ordering, we will contact you via email with a copy of the order that will need to be reviewed and approve to ensure everything is to your liking.
We will anchor your 30 by 20 carport to the ground with rebar and mobile home anchors or asphalt with rebar and to the cement for free with concrete anchor bolts. In order for your carport to be installed, the location you choose must be level or within at least 3″ of level.
This carport is fully enclosed and turned into a metal garage shown with both sides closed, both ends closed, two garage doors, vertical sides, and vertical ends.
The triple-wide metal buildings are fully braced for additional strength.
The metal carports come certified for 150 mph and 35 psf 5′ on center. Generic blue print drawings, which may or may not be required to secure your permit can be emailed to you upon your request within approximately 3 to 4 business days after ordering.
If you live in a state that requires more than 35 psf snow load you can upgrade to 150 mph and 40 psf 4′ on center. There is also a 150 mph and 50 psf 4′ on center with 12 gauge available. The triple wide carports are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.
