The 28×30 vertical-roof triple-wide metal carport comes standard with 6′ legs.
You can make it taller in 1′ increments with up to 16′ legs available. Sides can be left open, partially closed, or fully closed. You can close one or both gables, close the back, or fully enclose it and turn it into a metal garage.

Upon ordering your 28 x 30 carport at Alan’s Factory Outlet, you’ll need to pay a 10% to 17% deposit through check or credit card. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and installation, and final payment can be made via credit card or check for the remaining balance. Once you order, you will be contacted and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
We’ll anchor your 28 by 30 carport to the ground with rebar and mobile home anchors on asphalt or concrete anchor bolts for cement. The carport location must be level or within at least 3″ of level for installation.
Your carport can also be fully enclosed and turned into a metal garage, shown here with both sides closed, both ends closed, two garage doors, vertical sides, and vertical ends upgrade.
The triple-wide metal buildings are fully braced for additional strength.
The metal carports come certified for 150 mph and 35 psf 5′ on center. Generic blue print drawings, which may or may not be required to secure your permit can be emailed to you upon your request within approximately 3 to 4 business days after ordering.
If you live in a state that requires more than 35 psf snow load you can upgrade to 150 mph and 40 psf 4′ on center. There is also a 150 mph and 50 psf 4′ on center with 12 gauge available. The triple wide carports are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.
