The 20×40 vertical roof metal garage comes standard with 9′ legs fully enclosed. The cost of the garage door, walk in door or window is not included in the price.
Select the garage door size that works best for you and the price with the garage door will automatically be updated in the price with options. Other options such as walk in door, window and taller side height can be added for an additional cost.

Upon ordering the metal garage at Alan’s Factory Outlet a 10% – 17% deposit is due, based on the pre-tax purchase price of your metal structure. You can pay this deposit with a credit or debit card at time of ordering. The final balance is due at time of installation/delivery in most cases, and that payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card.
We anchor the metal buildings to the ground or asphalt for free with rebar and to the cement for free with concrete anchor bolts. The location for the building must be level or within at least 3″ level or less or we will not be able to install it. If it is anchored to the ground you can upgrade with mobile home anchors.
The metal buildings come standard with a 150 mph wind rating. An upgrade to up to 170 mph is available for an additional cost. Generic engineer blueprints are available with all structures offered in Florida; however, in some cases, the generic plans won’t be accepted and As-Built drawings may be needed. Please consult with your permit office for specific requirements in your area. As-built drawings (blueprints drawn up to match exactly what you plan to install/order), are available for an additional cost.
The metal tubing on the metal garage for sale come with 14 ga tubing which is 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ square tubing or you can upgrade to the 12 ga tubing which comes 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ tubing. The framing on the optional thicker 12 gauge tubing comes with a 20 year rust through warranty.
The metal buildings are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be. In FL the metal sheeting is made thicker and stronger with 26 gauge.
