This 18×20 garage is 2 feet wider than a 16×20 garage building, giving you a little extra space for storage for about the same price.
Our 18 by 20 vertical-style metal garages come with 360 square feet of storage space and are built tough using 14-gauge 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ tubing for the framing. Customers may choose to upgrade to 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ 12-gauge tubing instead, which comes with a 20-year rust-through warranty.
Each 18×20 metal building order will also be anchored in place for free upon delivery for added durability. We use rebar and mobile home anchors to secure it to the ground, rebar to secure it to asphalt, and concrete anchor bolts for cement. In order to do so, however, your 18×20 metal garage’s flooring must be within at least 3″ of level.
Additionally, our 18 x 20 vertical-roof metal garages are constructed using a tight screw pattern that, when combined with our anchoring process, certifies them for winds of up to 150 mph and 35 psf.
Every 18 by 20 metal garage order is highly customizable as well. We use your style, options, and size selections to custom-build your dream garage. A few of the optional features available to you include garage doors, windows, walk-in doors, and extra height for an additional cost.
You’ll also be given the opportunity to select from 16 different colors for your garage’s sides, trim, and roof. These colors are approximate and may vary at times.
Your 18×20 steel garage order comes with free delivery and installation in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia. Delivery may not be available in all locations.

Once you place your 18×20 vertical-roof metal garage order, you will need to pay a 10% to 17% deposit on its total cost. The remaining balance of your order will be due once your garage has been delivered and installed. For both instances, you may use a credit card or check for payment. We will also email you a copy of your order when you initially place it for review and approval purposes.
Blueprint drawings of your new garage can also be emailed to you upon request to assist with any building permit requirements. These will take 3 to 4 business days to deliver after you’ve submitted your request.
The vertical-style roof is designed to allow rain and snow to easily slide off your garage.
