Upon ordering your metal building, you will need to put down a deposit between 10% and 17% either with your credit card or through mailing a check. The remaining balance will be due once the steel garage is delivered and installed, and final payment can be given via credit card or check for the remaining balance. Once you order, you will be contacted and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
We’ll anchor your 12 x 30 metal garage to the ground with rebar, mobile home anchors, concrete anchor bolts, or a combination of several anchors depending on the surface you put down. No matter what, your steel garage location must be level or within at least 3″ of level or we will not be able to install it.
The metal garages come certified for 140 mph and 35 psf. To achieve this rating, we use a tighter screw pattern and an anchor to best support high winds. If you need a blueprint to secure a permit for your garage, one can be emailed to you upon request within 3 to 4 business days of your order.
The 12 by 30 metal garages come with 14-gauge tubing (2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ square tubing), or you can upgrade to the 12-gauge tubing (2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ tubing). The optional thicker 12-gauge tubing comes with a 20-year rust-through warranty.
The steel buildings are custom-built in the size, style, and colors you choose with any upgrades you want. You can choose between 16 available colors for the roof, trim, and exterior walls. The metal colors on the metal buildings may vary.
The vertical-roof metal garage is the strongest style of metal garage because in order to attach the metal sheeting to the roof, we have to put cross bracing to attach it. The vertical-style roof also makes it easier for the snow and rain to slide right off it so you never have to worry about water pooling on your roof and leaking through to affect your belongings.
