The 30×30 regular style triple wide metal carport in FL comes standard with 6′ legs.
You can make it taller in 1′ increments with up to 16′ legs available. Sides can be left open, partially closed or fully closed. You can close one or both gables, close the back or fully enclose it and turn it into a metal garage.

Upon ordering the carport at Alan’s Factory Outlet a 10% – 17% deposit is due, based on the pre-tax purchase price of your metal structure. You can pay this deposit with a credit or debit card at time of ordering. The final balance is due at time of installation/delivery in most cases, and that payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card.
There is a 2% freight charge added to the pretax price on the 26′ wide to 40′ wide metal buildings over 25K. This additional fee is not included on the price shown.
We anchor the carport to the ground or asphalt for free with rebar and to the cement for free with concrete anchor bolts. The location for the carport must be level or within at least 3″ level or less or we will not be able to install it. If it is anchored to the ground you can upgrade with mobile home anchors.
This carport is fully enclosed and turned into a metal garage shown with both sides closed, both ends closed, garage door, walk in door and window.
The triple wide metal buildings are fully braced for additional strength.
The carports come standard with a 150 mph wind rating. An upgrade to up to 170 mph is available for an additional cost. Generic engineer blueprints are available with all structures offered in Florida; however, in some cases, the generic plans won’t be accepted and As-Built drawings may be needed. Please consult with your permit office for specific requirements in your area. As-built drawings (blueprints drawn up to match exactly what you plan to install/order), are available for an additional cost.
The triple wide carports are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.
