The 30×25 regular style metal garage comes standard with 9′ legs fully enclosed. The cost of the garage door, walk in door or window is not included in the price.
Select the garage door size that works best for you and the price with the garage door will automatically be updated in the price with options. Other options such as walk in door, window and taller side height can be added for an additional cost.

Upon ordering the metal building at Alan’s Factory Outlet a 10% to 17% deposit is due with either credit card or you can mail a check for the deposit with balance due once the steel garage is delivered and installed and final payment can be given via credit card or check for the remaining balance. Once you order you will be contacted and copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
We anchor the metal garage to the ground with rebar and mobile home anchors or asphalt with rebar and to the cement for free with concrete anchor bolts. The location for the steel garage must be level or within at least 3″ level or less or we will not be able to install it.
The metal garages come certified for 150 mph and 35 psf 5′ on center. Generic blue print drawings, which may or may not be required to secure your permit can be emailed to you upon your request within approximately 3 to 4 business days after ordering.
If you live in a state that requires more than 35 psf snow load you can upgrade to 150 mph and 40 psf 4′ on center. There is also a 150 mph and 50 psf 4′ on center with 12 gauge available. The triple wide garages are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.
