The 20×20 regular style metal garage comes standard with 9′ legs fully enclosed. The cost of the garage door, walk in door or window is not included in the price.
Select the garage door size that works best for you and the price with the garage door will automatically be updated in the price with options. Other options such as walk in door, window and taller side height can be added for an additional cost.

Upon ordering the metal building at Alan’s Factory Outlet a 10% to 17% deposit is due with either credit card or you can mail a check for the deposit with balance due once the steel garage is delivered and installed and final payment can be given via credit card or check for the remaining balance. Once you order you will be contacted and copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
We anchor the metal buildings to the ground or asphalt for free with rebar and to the cement for free with concrete anchor bolts. The location for the building must be level or within at least 3″ level or less or we will not be able to install it. If it is anchored to the ground you can upgrade with mobile home anchors.
The steel garages with 9′ legs going on the cement come certified for 150 mph and 30 psf. Certified metal garages come with blue print drawings which are rated for 150 mph wind rating and 30 psf snow load. Certified buildings come with blue print drawings which will be emailed to you upon your request within approximately 1 to 2 business days after you approve the order. Metal garages going on the ground or asphalt are uncertified and require additional anchors to make them certified. If you want your structure to be certified and it is going on the ground or asphalt please make sure to select the Certified 150 mph and 30 psf option for ground and asphalt.
The metal tubing on the metal garage for sale come with 14 ga tubing which is 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ square tubing or you can upgrade to the 12 ga tubing which comes 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ tubing. The framing on the optional thicker 12 gauge tubing comes with a 20 year rust through warranty.
The steel buildings are custom built in the size, style and with the options you want. You get to choose between 16 different colors for the roof and trim colors. And if you close the sides or ends you also get to pick which color you want it to be.
