This 18×25 regular-roof carport is constructed using 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ 14-gauge square tubing, but customers may also upgrade to the 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ 12-gauge tubing with a 20-year rust-through warranty. Our anchoring process and tight screw pattern gives our 18×25 metal carports a certification for 150 mph winds and 35 psf of snow.
Each 18×25 carport can be partially or fully enclosed. If you want to transform your 18 by 25 carport into an enclosed garage, you can! We also allow customers to choose from 16 different colors for the roof, trim, and sides (if they’re added).
At the time of placing your order, a deposit of 10% to 17% of its total cost will be due. Customers have the option of making the deposit either by credit card or check. The remaining balance won’t be due until your new 18 by 25 metal carport has been delivered and installed. We will be sure to send you a copy of your order once it has been placed for you to review and approve.
