The 12×25 vertical-style metal garage comes standard with 9′ legs fully enclosed. The cost of garage doors, walk-in doors, or windows is not included in the price and can be added for an additional cost.

Delivery may not be available in all locations.

Upon ordering your 12 x 25 metal building, you’ll need to put down a deposit between 10% and 17% by check or credit card. The remaining balance is due once the steel garage is delivered and installed. Once you order, you will be contacted and a copy of the order will be emailed to you for you to review and approve to make sure everything is just like you want it.
The metal garages come certified for 140 mph and 35 psf. To achieve this rating, the metal building will have a tighter screw pattern and anchors (rebar, mobile home anchors, or concrete anchor bolts) to support the 140 mph winds. In order to achieve this, the surface you choose for your steel garage must be within 3″ of level or we will not be able to install it. If necessary, generic blueprint drawings can be emailed to you upon request within approximately 3 to 4 business days after your order to secure a permit.
This metal garage comes with 14-gauge tubing, which is 2 1/2″ by 2 1/2″ square tubing, or you can upgrade to the 12-gauge tubing, which is 2 1/4″ by 2 1/4″ tubing. The optional thicker 12-gauge tubing comes with a 20-year rust-through warranty.
Each 12 by 25 metal shed comes with plenty of customizable options, such as the style and color. The metal colors on these buildings are approximate and may vary, but we offer 16 different colors for the roof, trim, and siding.
Our vertical roof style is unique thanks to the vertical sheeting, which keeps the snow and rain from pooling on top of it. The vertical-style metal garage is also the strongest style because, in order to attach the metal sheeting to the roof, we have to add cross-bracing.
